Vital started in 2005 to provide facilities management services across the Thames Valley. In 2008 we expanded into energy services, with the introduction of mandatory Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs). We have been at the forefront of the energy certification sector since this time and have contributed to several Government working parties.
In 2010 we started to provide asbestos management services for commercial landlords. More recently we have greatly expanded our range of services. These now cover almost all of the statutory surveys and assessments required by commercial property landlords and occupiers.
In 2014, we launched our nationwide unique Vital EPC Plus Upgrade report. With this consistent, building-focused recommendations service we can show you how to future-proof your investment. This tried and tested methodology is so versatile it can be used for all types of buildings from domestic, industrial and retail, up to the largest and most complex office suites in the country.
Martin is a chartered surveyor and holds a First Class honours degree in Estate Surveying from Nottingham Trent University. He qualified with Weatherhall Green & Smith in London in 1998. He spent seven years with Lambert Smith Hampton dealing with commercial property agency in the Thames Valley.
Martin regularly delivers presentations on energy and property compliance matters to business groups across the UK. He leads the company on the technical delivery of its services.
Away from the office Martin spends much of his free time with his young family and running with his field spaniel.
Simon was previously Managing Director of Pride Mobility Products in the UK for 10 years. He led this healthcare company from start-up to a £15 million pa turnover. Simon leads the company on all commercial matters.
Simon’s great passion is technical SCUBA diving which takes him all over the world.
