Royal Liver Building, Liverpool

We were privileged to provide energy services for one of the most iconic buildings in the country. Our client Royal Liver Assurance built the ‘Liver Birds’ building for their own use in 1911. This 325,000 sq ft office building is now Grade I Listed and is still one of the largest office buildings in the country. In addition to the statutory Air conditioning Inspection Certificate we also provided the building with an Energy Performance Certificate and Display Energy Certificate.

The Kensington Centre, London

We were instructed by the landlord, Pirbright Holdings, of this 50,000 sq ft multi-let office building to produce the statutory Air-conditioning Inspection Certificate. Our detailed survey highlighted a number of areas where energy efficiencies could be made. These have now been implemented and the landlord and tenants are enjoying a substantial cost saving from the reduced electricity consumption.
