Energy Performance Certificates

DIY Superstore, New Malden, London.

We have undertaken a large number of EPCs for our client B&Q across the UK. We were delighted to provide an EPC for what is arguably the most energy efficient superstore in the country. The building incorporates a wide range of renewable energy technologies included a ground source heat pump, wind turbine and solar PV. We have also undertaken a BREEAM In-use audit for this property.

Kingswood, Ascot

We were instructed by LSI Technology to produce one of the first EPCs in the country. This 120,000 sq ft high specification office building was designed by Norman Foster & Partners in 1999.
