Land Registry Plans

Since October 2003 all new leases of over seven years, or existing leases sold with seven years or more unexpired, must now be registered with the Land Registry along with a compliant lease plan.

Confusion over the new requirements can lead to lease plans being rejected, delaying the application process. Vital can produce plans which are fully compliant with the Land Registry within 2-5 days of survey.
